Meet Leonie
Leonie Lloyd, Management Systems Consultant
(AKA: LC Lloyd)
I started developing business processes and impressing auditors early in my career with Queensland Ambulance Community Services. Fast forward to my most recent role at Sunray Strawberries, where I led the development of systems for COVID-19 response, worker accommodation, fleet management, Passenger Transport Operator Accreditation in Tasmania, and Heavy Vehicle Fatigue Management for long-haul routes between Queensland and Tasmania. I love a challenge, and I love making things work.
I've worked across not-for-profit, commercial, and agriculture sectors, and that adaptability shapes my approach: practical, people-focused, and grounded in real-world needs. I believe compliance doesn’t have to be a chore - it’s your chance to show off what you’re good at.
Along the way, I’ve added graphic design to my toolkit. When I determined the Sunray brand needed a refresh, I did some study and made it happen. Now, I can build an entire brand identity, website, and of course, management system documents, learning tools, and SharePoint sites to match.
And when I’m not deep in standards, legislation, or design work, you’ll probably find me dancing Brazilian Samba. The movement, music, culture, and technical discipline sum me up pretty well - vibrant, expressive, and just a little bit meticulous.
